Service Project Hours Opportunity


Monday, June 19 - Friday, June 23 the Religious Education department (Elementary, Middle, High school, and Adults) are having a Summer Cleaning. 
Hours available each day, 10 am - 5 pm.  


The religious education office Opens at 10 am and Closes at 5 pm. 
You must be dropped off and pick up Promptly.  And, bring your own lunch.


Skills needed:  Organization.  Attention to detail. Willing heart.  hard worker.

Deepa's Going-Away Party

Deepa's Going-Away Party is Sunday, June 3rd after the 5 pm Mass until 9 pm in the Social Hall.
It's a Potluck gathering; please bring a dish to share.
Come share in the goodness that Deepa has offered to the parish.  And come for a few surprises!

Summer Sunday with Deepa tonight. 7-9pm. It's BYODinner. Game night. Mafia anyone? in the Youth Room.

April 29th Donuts Fundraiser OPEN

You may now sign-up for April 29th Donuts/Coffee fundraiser.  First come, first serve, txt me only (678-350-3548).  Deepa will reply to your msg with either a YES (and further information) or NO (and reason).  


*** To reserve a service project spot or fundraiser spot, you Must TXT me.  TXT is the only acceptable form of communication.  FB does not count.  :)


There are only 4 service project teen spots available.  If you do not RSVP, you cannot work the fundraiser for service project hours.  We simply cannot have 30 teens working the fundraiser; there will be nothing for you to do.


There are only 4 fundraiser teen spots available.  The money fundraised through the Coffee/Donuts monthly fundraisers may be used for the following Life Teen trips/events:

• Life Teen retreats (Confirmation retreat, Girls retreat, Guys retreat, Spring Retreat)
• Steubenville Atlanta
• Mission Trip -- deposit only
• if you are a 2012 Life Teen missionary (CHWC), all of your Mission Trip fundraisers will pay for your mission trip, sans your $100 deposit.  Please do not sign-up for the Coffee/Donuts if you've paid your deposit.
• Corn Maize
• Camping Trip/Rafting
• Lock-In
• Nun Run
• mini Mighty CORE retreat (for M&M's only)

You cannot use fundraiser money to purchase Life Teen items for sale (merchandise or food). The money you raise at a fundraiser goes into a Life Teen account for you.  It expires at the end of Life Teen year - August 1st through July 31st.  If you do not use your fundraiser money, you lose it.  You may also fundraise for other teens.  If you would like to know how much you have in your fundraiser account, you may contact Deepa in the Life Teen office.
