CHWC 2012 ~ Meeting Sun, oh yeah, Spaces Remaining

Our first meeting for the 2012 Mission Trip is Sunday, January 8th from 3-4:30 pm in the Youth Room.

Please be on time for the meeting. Arriving at 3 pm is considered late, plan on getting here before then.

If your parents cannot come or trust that you will relay all information from every meeting, please bring a written note stating so.

Bring with you to the meeting, 25-50+ names and addresses of friends and family. Our first fundraiser will be Sponsor Letters. You will learn how to address an envelope and fill out your CHWC sponsor letters and response forms.

We will also be discussing and signing up for shifts for the M&M tube fundraiser (the weekend of Jan 28/29).

Remember it is crucial to be at every meeting and fundraiser to build community and fundraise for our 2012 Mission Trip.
