• Sterile gauze pads (4" x 4")
• Rolls of 4" wide sterile gauze
• Band-Aids (include a couple large-sized Band-Aids)
• Butterfly bandages
• Triangular Bandages (Useful for slings and lashing to improvised splints)
• Ace bandages
• Roll of athletic tape
• Splint material
• Wrapped sanitary napkins (for the obvious, as well as nose bleeds or to clean up blood from wounds)
• Elastic wrap (4-6" wide)

Cleansing Agents/Ointment/Cream
• Small bottle of tincture of benzoin (for cleansing wounds)
• Tube of Neosporin or Providone-iodine ointment (to dress wounds)
• Piece of moleskin (4" x 4" to use for blisters)
• Liquid soap/antibiotic towelettes to disinfect
• Burn ointment
• Calamine lotion or hydrocortisone cream
• Sun screen
• Saline/Eye wash solution

Medicine
• Aspirin or nonaspirin pain reliever
• Liquid Benadryl (antihistamine)
• Anti-diarrhea medication
• Antacid (for upset stomach)
• Laxative
