Bring to Cardboard City: At least 10 non-perishable food items (food you don't put in your fridge/freezer). Your box. Bedding. Warm clothes.
The low temperature is supposed to get down to the low 30's. Please pack accordingly. Dress in layers, wear a jacket, wear a hat. Bring something to cover your box, plastic works. Bring your own duct tape to put your box together. Sleeping bag and a blanket or two.
Remember: once you're in on Cardboard City property, you can't leave. That being said, you have to bring ALL of your stuff (bedding, box, and food donations) with you. You cannot leave once you're in to go back to your car or have your parents pass you items.
Once you're in, you're in. And, you won't be leaving until 7 am.
We want you to experience what it feels like to be on the streets.

If you participated in Cardboard City in 2010, the evening temperature will be 20 degrees colder than in 2010.
